account not showing interest in reserve account uploaded statements

I've uploaded our reserve account statement to our account using the OFX format. When I compare the statement in FAC with the paper version I can see it is not displaying the interest paid into the account, although it is displaying the other transactions. I checked back over the last statement and I can see that this also didn't register the interest earned. I could add this manually but I thought I should check if this is a bug?
