Add capability to reuse invoice items...
Just started using the LLP service. Wouldn't it be great if we could store items we add to invoices for later use on other invoices? This would save us a bit of time, but also keep consistency across clients as far as descriptions, etc. go.

Inappropriate?Would a way of duplicating an invoice (you then change the project/client, date and reference) be what you need here?
The items generated from time and expenses would not be duplicated, but the other items would.

Inappropriate?Yes, that would work. We will be billing hosting packages among other things, and the description is a few lines detailing what the package contains. To keep the information presentation consistent we were looking for something where we can just add the item, as some clients will have multiple packages on the same invoice. E.g. when clicking "add an invoice item", it takes you to the same screen as present but includes a drop-down of saved items and the option to save a new item if created (not everything is worth saving of course!), for later selection from the aforementioned drop-down.
In summary, invoice duplication would be a useful stop-gap for us, but item saving would be the best-fit.

Inappropriate?As far as UI goes, selecting from the drop-down would pre-populate the current fields from the saved data. They could then be edited if required (with overwrite option). The title for each drop-down would be the first line of the multi-line description.
E.g.
Item Name
-some info
-more info
-this is lots!
"Item Name" would be the title, while the four-lines would be used for the item description on the actual invoice.

Inappropriate?Yeah - the recurring invoice functionality is the big winner here for me, however I would still like to be able to pull a previously invoiced item from a drop down list or add a new item which then appears in the drop down list next time.

Wondering if there's any movement on being able to save items for re-use on other invoices/estimates... am thinking here things like domain registration charges, web hosting reselling charges etc.
