Assigning expenses to projects without re-billing them.
At the moment I can only enter a project for an expense if I want to re-bill the expense to that project. It would be nice to have a "project" popup so that I could set the project for an expense, and then a checkbox if i also wanted to re-bill it.
That way I could more accurately see how much I'd spent on a particular project.

Inappropriate?I would agree that being able to assign time to a job without being forced to bill it would be good. There's always stuff that can't be cleanly billed.
Recording unbillable costs would also put FAC on the road to profitability reporting.... -

Inappropriate?It's not possible to assign locked transactions to projects, which I can understand, but means that I won't be able to get accurate figures for any projects that started before my last VAT return was filed. It would be nice if there could be a way to make these assignments as a one-off even for locked transactions.
