Assigning expenses to projects without re-billing them.

At the moment I can only enter a project for an expense if I want to re-bill the expense to that project. It would be nice to have a "project" popup so that I could set the project for an expense, and then a checkbox if i also wanted to re-bill it.
That way I could more accurately see how much I'd spent on a particular project.
Inappropriate?
