Automatic pickup of Bank transactions from previous explanation erroneously marking 17.5% VAT rate

As the title says - I think I've found a bug.

Uploading bank statements, I've noticed that new payments to a supplier that had been previously 'explained' are automatically being marked with the same explanation.

That's a neat feature, but it's not using current 15% VAT, but 17.5%.
