Basecamp time-tracking integration
One of the great things about Basecamp is all the other great apps that integrate to it!
Freshbooks already support time-keeping integration with Basecamp... importing all your timesheets from Basecamp, so you don't have to type everything twice before you invoice the customer for your work! :-)

Basecamp integration (at least in the form of contact/project syncing) has been on our to-do list for ages,
I know we'll get round to it, but I'm not sure when that will be. -
Inappropriate?FreeAgent is now at the core of my business, which Project Management suite it supports first will be what I (and many others i'm sure) switch too.
Basecamp would be good, also ActiveCollab

Basecamp integration will almost certainly be our first step, and we're inching closer as other important features are being ticked off the list.
I realise it's a bit frustrating waiting, so thanks for being so patient. -
Inappropriate?Basecamp is excellent and if FreeAgent integrated with it, you would have just about everything covered. However, I don't personally need everything that Basecamp would add and I don't want to double the running cost to get the little bit I do need.
FreeAgent already has the ability for multiple logins - I just need to be able to classify a "client", rather than a "colleague" (I realize that makes it sound simpler than it is!).
I think of FreeAgent Tasks as Jobs, and Timesheets as Tasks (to me, a Task is one element of a Job and a Job is a sub-category of a Project). If a client could log in and add a Task (Timesheet without time) then I could come along and do each individual task and add time to it and mark it as complete. That's about as much as I need from Basecamp.
