Sorry to be slow in replying, thanks for the bump.
No, there isn't yet. But what we're working on is allowing expenses to be attached to projects without necessarily billing them, which will allow a view of project profitability. When we do that, we'll smarten up the overall reporting on projects and address budget vs actual as part of that.
I'm afraid I can't give a precise date for when that will happen, though.
