Can a project budget be made include both a time & cash component?
Often we have projects that include both a time component and a fixed price product or service component, (i.e. equipment and the associated installation), it would be great to define a project with a time component & a fixed amount component.

That's definitely what we're moving towards with our Estimates/Quotes work right now - eventually you'll be able to track your progress against both fixed and variable elements...
