Cannot manually edit explanations
All of a sudden, every time I try to edit an explanation and label it a payment, I am not provided with a text input line to describe it, and it is automatically labeled as a transfer to another account.
Last week, everything was working perfectly. Now I feel like I have no control over the explanations at all. What happened? If it's being caused by one of the times that I suggested a group of transactions all receive the same explanation, then I probably won't use that feature in the future at all. I'd rather have to do it manually each time and know that it is correct than have to fight the program trying to override these settings.

We made a mistake when we added 'Subscription Income' handling yesterday but didn't correctly test for Universal Accounts where Sales Tax is not recoverable.
