Cannot see expenses rebilled to project even in exported data

I need to pull out a list of expenses relating to a project and I can see a time slip report for the project but not an expenses report!!
Nothing shows up on create invoice option nor even in exported data.

Why not have expenses report online and also inc the project against an item when data is exported to excel? Madness not to!
