Cant upload natwest ofx file
Cant upload natwest ofx file - no errors - just drops back the summary screen saying 0 transactions imported to 0 accounts - tried all 3 ofx formats natwest provides - ms money, quicken and sage

Seems to be working now - I logged out and back in again - and tried it again and it works :) -

That sounds rather unusual but I'm glad it's working for you now!
It's worth pointing out that the bank account number and sort code of your FreeAgent bank account should match those specified in the OFX file (i.e your real bank account number / sort code) for the transactions to be imported. The error message displayed when this isn't the case is far from ideal right now, so we'll make sure this is fixed ASAP.
