Changing the email address on an Invoicing Template
How do I change the email address used in the invoice templates? I can't find where it's defined.

It's in Settings > Company Details and it's the Contact Email Address towards the bottom of that form.

When sending an invoice by email, I have three 'sent from' email addersses in a drop-down box but it defaults to the wrong one. Is it possible to remove the other two addresses or at least set the default?
