co-operative bank statement upload has stopped working
Hi,
Just tried to upload my co-operative bank csv data and was told that it "wasn't possible to process that file". Up to now, my exports from co-op have worked fine. Any suggestions?

Inappropriate?How was this solved? I used to be able to load the .qif files, but now it won't. I tried the Microsoft Money export from my bank which gave me a .ofx file, but when I load that, it says that it doesn't match any account and doesn't import.

We tweaked FreeAgent to better handle certain blank fields in the Co-Op file.
The OFX file should work fine but you do have to ensure that the bank account number and sort code in FreeAgent matches those of your actual bank account.
The QIF file should also work. Would you be able to send an example file to support at freeagentcentral dot com so we can take a closer look?
