Is there an easy way to create a bill from the FreeAgent Invoice? Could it be automated...
I assume thats what I have to do to explain the bank account transaction?

Sorry, I meant under My FreeAgent Account / Subscription Invoices I have my first invoice for 'Monthly FreeAgent Online Accounting Subscription', I need to add a new bill for this. (thats the way I am doing it for other payments anyway!)
Do I have to do this manually?

Just before Ed chimes in. You don't actually need to create a bill for this (and lots of other stuff) as you simply explain the bank transaction debit in your account.
Once you've done this FreeAgent learns and will automatically explain it in the future when you upload statements, so you don't have to do anything.
Bills are useful when you buy something but don't pay for it straight away. This article has more info:

Inappropriate?ok, I was creating recurring bills for direct debits etc... I also often pay the same company different amounts but can just skip the bill step (Ishoudl really read instructions!)
Why does it come up with 'Use this explanation to fully explain the 1 matching transaction below?' Is it because its to the same company?

Yes, FreeAgent will look at other transactions in your account and guess ones that match based on their description and amount.
