Credit card account with multiple account numbers
Hi,
I have a credit card account, however the account actually has two account numbers. One for the account, and one for each card (even though I only have one card).
When I download statements from their online service I have to download two every month, as the card statement has the debits made, and the account statement has the credits from when I pay the account off (as well as fees etc.).
The problem is, FreeAgent wont let me upload the account statement, because the number doesn't match the number in FreeAgent (which is the card number).
I'm sure this used to work, but not any more apparently. Any ideas how I can get it to work?

Could you drop us a line to our bank-statement-guru Olly (olly at freeagentcentral dot com) with some more info on which credit card you're having problems with? Maybe some sample files (anonymised if you like) if that's ok?

Thanks, have emailed Olly. I think the problem is simpler than I made it sound above, and after thinking about it, I don't think it did ever work, I'd just never run into this situation before.
