CSV upload not appearing
I have downloaded a series of transactions from my cater allen account - one month at a time for one financial year. All have uploaded successfully except one. I choose the file and clicked upload and it seems to go fine, like the others. But then nothing appears.
I have tried logging out and in again; and also re-downloading the csv.

Does FreeAgent give you a success message when you try uploading the rogue file? Also, do the contents of the rogue file look any different in a text editor?
I'll be happy to take a look at the file if you like? If so just email it to olly [a] freeagentcentral com. Obfuscate any transaction details if you like, but please keep the format intact.

Inappropriate?We've found the issue here (lines containing currency conversion information which we hadn't come across before) and it will be resolved in next weeks' release.
In the meantime you can remove the lines manually in a text editor -- they're easy to spot as there is no date in the first column.
