Deleting an Expense for Recurring expenses
I wanted to put my out of pocket mileages expenses as a recurring expense because I do lots of difference journeys but they are on a repeating pattern.
The problem is that whenever I deviate from that pattern, ie) going to a different site, etc.
Is it possible to have the recurring items similar to the way outlook recurring items work? This would allow me to create a recurring task, but I can delete an individual item if required without it altering the recurring items.

Inappropriate?Hi Neil
As you have seen we don't currently maintain a separate recurring schedule that contains a list of all expenses which will be created in the future -- recurring expenses are simply duplicated when the 'next recurring date' is reached. We don't have any plans to change this behaviour right now, but it's something we'll take into consideration.
Luckily the workaround is straightforward. Just edit the latest recurring expense (the one with the recurring icon next to it) and change the date to when you'd like it to next recur. You can then add a new expense which represents the deviation.
This workaround is probably just as quick to do as the Outlook method you suggest -- the only difference is that you're editing the recurring expense rather than deleting it!
We'll be making the editing expense experience a lot better in the coming months, just as we have done with timeslips in this weeks release.
