Email Template for Multiple Use?
This might be answered but I can't seem to locate it ... My question is: "Is there a way to set up an email template that could be selected when sending invoices?" This would help on time so that I don't have to recreate each email notice when sending invoices.

Inappropriate?Not all of the invoice emails I send out are the same, this allows me to send targeted messages out to my clients.
I would like to have the ability to build a small selection of commonly used email templates so that instead of opening a previous invoice (or copying an email from a text file on my PC) I can select an email template from a list to send as part of an automated invoice email or recurring invoice email. For instance,
"Invoice Email One Year Hosting"
"Invoice Email: Domain Renewal"
etc etc
Each email template can then be categorised into a folder, or parent category.
Salesforce also does a similar thing. They also allow additional attachments which could be helpful, although I'm aware that the primary purpose is to focus their attention on paying the bill!
If this feature is enabled I can then send invoice emails that give further information about why my service for that particular product is so good and why the client should continue to use my services, or I could even promote related products/services.
By having more automation, this feature will save me a lot of time.
