Errant multiple associated explanations
I've got about 13 imported transactions that I cannot delete because errant multiple associated explanations have been applied to them. Every time I try to edit the transaction, another faulty explanation gets applied, multiplying the dollar amount associated with the transaction.
I may need a FreeAgent team member to address this problem at the database level. However, I'd like to see the underlying issue resolved as well.

Inappropriate?Raina,
It looks like that transaction you're explaining is money coming out of your account, right?
Each explanation you're adding (capital introduced) is related to money coming into the account, so it's increasing the unexplained value each time.
You should just be able to click on the each explanation in the statement page, from which you'll have an option to delete it.
Once they're all gone, you should be able to explain the transaction as a 'Money Out' transaction.
Or have I got the wrong end of the stick and you've been trying to do that all along ;->

Inappropriate?Oh, that's funny! For some reason I had no idea I could click on an explanation directly and edit it there. I thought I had to click on the parent transaction and was trying to edit the explanation from it each time. Thanks for setting me straight!
I’m embarrassed but happy!
