Feature Request: Expense Reports as well as Time Reports

FAC has a section that allows time reports to be generated that we can give to a client with an invoice. Can we have a simiar feature for expense reports? This may be personal expenses, business expenses or Bills - anything that has been assigned to a particular project for re-charging. Something that we can give to a client with an invoice to show a breakdown of expenses.
