Great concept, but product will not accept downloads

Firstly, apologies that it's not working for you. Which bank are you using?

OFX should definitely be working so I'd be interested in seeing the file. Would you be able to send an example file (anonymising the data if you like, but retaining the structure) to olly at freeagentcentral dot com and we'll take a look.

We currently support CSV format for the following banks:

• Cater Allen


• Abbey


• Co-op


• Paypal Business


• HBOS


• AMEX


• Barclays


• Natwest


• Nordea

If your bank isn't on the list we can add it fairly easily -- all we need is an example file, so if you could send that through also we'll get right on the case.
