How do I edit a recurring invoice?
Just sent my first batch of these and need to change something for future ones but I can't see any way of editing the invoices. What am I missing?

Inappropriate?Hi Rich,
When you create a recurring invoice it is signified in the invoice list with a recurring icon:

Just click on this invoice to view it, then on Edit to edit the recurring settings.
When an invoice recurs (which happens on the invoice date) it is marked as Sent and a duplicate is created, dated after the period you have specified (e.g. one week later for Weekly). This duplicate is then marked as recurring and the old one, having been sent, is unmarked as recurring.
So, if you need to edit the recurring settings, you'll need to edit the duplicate (the one with the recurring icon).
Does this make sense? We also open to ideas for how to improve on this so do let us know your thoughts.

Inappropriate?Hi Olly,
I don't see what you can! I have about 20 invoices I set up for 2 march which are on a monthly recurring cycle. The invoices for today (2 march) have all be created and emailed. If I go into invoices and select recurring from the drop down menu, they all show up as you describe with the recurring sign and telling me that they are either open or paid. I can also see that invoice next recurs on 2 April.
If I click into an invoice it shows it as sent or paid. There is no edit option. I can print to PDF, email or stop it recurring but no edit!
I’m unsure
