How do I view user activity?
I've done a search but not found anything on this, so I ask you to forgive me if this is something that's been raised before that I simply couldn't find.
Is there a way to see user activity? The reason I ask is that we asked our accountant to review what was on FreeAgent and to make any adjustments necessary from our end of year accounts - for example, any expenses that were missing from FreeAgent.
They say they've been on but I can't identify any changes, if they've been made, so I'd like to see what was done.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

We don't currently audit what each user does I'm afraid, but you can see when they last logged in by visiting the Users page if that helps?

Inappropriate?I would be very surprised if your accountant didn't need to make any adjustments (more so if you use a limited company).
There is a way of checking. If you want me to help you find out would you let me know if you're a sole trader, partnership or limited company. -
Inappropriate?We're a limited company, Stuart.

Inappropriate? That makes it easier then. Look at the latest set of accounts prepared by your accountants, go to the balance sheet and make a note of the Profit and Loss balance.
Then in FreeAgent open the current trial balance (under Accounting) and check that the balance on account 968 Profit and Loss is the same as the figure from the accounts.
If so then either your accountant has adjusted FreeAgent or no adjustments were necessary. If it’s the latter I would be surprised as in 99.9% of cases the original accounts need amending for one reason or another.
Please let me know how you get on.
