Inappropriate?Under "My Account" you add the employees to your company.
You then go to "My Money" and start a payroll for each one.

Inappropriate?Sorry, my reply was misleading. I meant choosing "People" from the menu on the left. This menu shows up when you either click "Home" on the menu or "My Account" on the top.
The left menu says:
Overview
People
My Account
Referrals
In the people menu you can choose add a "New User".
After you added people you can start a payroll for them.

When creating a payroll you must enter the gross monthly salary, as opposed to an hourly salary. Do you know how many hours the employee will work each month? If so then this is fairly straightforward. If the number of hours are variable, then you can create the payroll based on an average monthly pay, then each month individually edit each payslip to reflect the correct salary based on the actual hours worked.

hey i need to know when doing pallroy .do you add like if you make 68.hours made . rate at 8.00 hour then wags chang 9.00 hours for 9.58 hours you made so you add 67.94.*8.00= 544.00 then 9.58*9.00= 86.22 should you add 86.22 +543.00=629.22 or do you subt each one. with hold and tx . med. i need to now is it all toght or set then do withhold. -
