importing contacts between FreeAgent accounts
We are converting to a Limited company and need to start up a new FreeAgent account. Is there a simple way to import all our existing clients from our old account? I have tried exporting and importing through csv but to no avail.

There's no way to do this via the FreeAgent interface, but we can do this for you. Email support at freeagentcentral.com and we'll look into it for you.
