Invoice printing problems...
When saving an invoice (marked as print on letterhead) as a PDF to print, I'm getting a black line at the top of the document, and the client's address does not fold into view in a standard DL window's view pane. Anywhere I can customise the invoice layout/design?

What invoice template are you using? Some of them are suited to printing for envelopes whereas others aren't.
Try using the "simple" invoice template, as this has been specifically designed for printing out. You can set this can going to Theme Gallery and selecting the simple template as the default.
