Is FreeAgent suitable for my company?
I am evaluating FreeAgent at the moment. My company has 8 employees and 20 clients (and growing). Is FreeAgent able to handle this? One reason I ask is I'm creating a project for each client but the system will only display 8 projects. Is there a built-in limitation here?

Regarding the display of projects - I currently have 9 active projects and many, many more completed ones. I'm not aware of any limitation on projects.
FreeAgent can handle multiple employees although for the purposes of payroll I currently use a third party payroll provider as the basic payroll functions of FreeAgent aren't quite sufficient (it's missing in year tax code changes).
The guys here are quick to support and implement necessary changes, so I'd be surprised if your business model wasn't supported in some way with FreeAgent.

There's no limitations at all on projects/clients/invoices/whatever. I'm not sure why you can only see 8.
I'll be up-front: we're primarily designed for freelancers and 1-3 person micro-businesses.
Because of that we're not suitable if you need your employees to login and submit time and expenses, but not see the invoicing, banking or accounting side of things.
We're working hard on making that possible and it won't be too long before you can.
Why not signup and give us a go, with logins disabled for your employees, and we'll keep you posted on 'employee login' via the website or our newsletter?

Thanks Ed. I've just added 2 more and they have appeared on the list. One small point, the project list appears to be sorted randomly (the new ones are right in the middle of it). Sorted by contact would be handy.
