Inappropriate?Stuart - you'll have seen the link just below the Self Employment Profit section, taking you to the P&L for that particular year.
What we don't do, that we should, is display the categorisation of expenses that the HMRC want in the Self-Assessment form. For example 'General Administrative Expenses' on the SA103 is covered by a range of categories that we provide. We should group them together so that the client/accountant just has to copy them across.
That's on the cards for next UK SA tax season.
