Make it so adding items to estimates / invoices is an inline, instant, AJAX-y type thing for speed's sake?

Good morning Freeagent chaps, you bastions of freelancer hope in an otherwise cruel and grey world :)

I've been doing some quite long estimates recently and it's a bit annoying going back and forth from the estimate page to the 'add line item' page...

My genius idea is to wave a MAGICAL AJAX WAND at this system and make it so clicking 'add item' on the estimate or invoice screen just instantly pops down a form in-line with that page so you can add it there and then and see it appear straightaway.

Same thing for editing or deleting an item.

This would make putting these things together much speedier and more pleasant.
