Multiple Past Employment for Self Assessment

I have multiple "employers" in a financial year who pay me net and would like to record each of them, but the Self-Assessment form only allows me to record one. I can get the totals to come out correctly by fudging the figures for gross and tax paid to be the total spanning all employments not just the one listed. For fullness I would like to be able to record the amounts from each employment individually.
