Multiple to: addressess when emailing invoices

Hi
It is normal practice for me to send my invoices by email to the relevant authorised PO raiser and also copy it to the relevant accounts department, although in the invoice it lets you add multiple To: by using commas, however, I cannot add more than one email address in the client contact details. I understand from previous threads that this is a protected field in order to potentially allow clinet logins in the future. But surely, it is not uncommon to send and invoice to the requester and cc it to the relevant accounts department also? Help. Do I have to MEMORISE the relevant accounts department contact email for each of my clients?
