Could a sticky topic be started containing the new features which have been requested by users and are in the pipeline to be added by FreeAgent team. Users could vote for the features they would most like to see, giving you a better idea of what your customer base requires.

Every topic does have a "Me too" feature. Get Satisfaction also has some admin tools that allow us to sort topics by the greatest number of "Me toos" so we have a pretty good idea of what's popular.
The current top 2 requested topics both concern Invoice reminders, which is exactly what we're working on for the next release, so we do very much use this information in plotting our roadmap.
