New invoice uses incorrect theme

Thanks for this morning's updates.
If I create a new invoice, the default theme 'Bauhaus' is being used, but it should be my chosen option 'Simple'. The workaround is to change it after the invoice is created.
I think this is a new problem.

This also appears to be a problem when creating a new Recurring Profile. Again, the workaround is to manually change it.
