Non-English Invoice templates?
Can I use a German invoice template (so for example it says "Rechnung" instead of "invoice")? If so: how?

Right now it's not possible to do this I'm afraid. However, invoices in different languages is a fairly popular request and something we're keen to address in the next few months.
Would you be interested in helping us out with translations at all? If so can you send an email to olly at freeagentcentral dot com?

As you know, I have this question too. I'm also interested in helping with the Dutch translation.
I can imagine you guys would love to have the whole application multi language, and I think that's quite a lot of work.
For me however, it would be a first huge step forward if the sent documents (estimates, invoices) could be translated. There are only a few key words that need translation, like:
- Estimate
- Quantity
- Details
- Unit price
- Net subtotal
- Et cetera
What about making these terms/labels editable? -

When we do multi-language content we'll set it up so that the invoices and estimates can be translated into any language.
At that stage we'll contact kind users like Marc, who've offered to help us translate the key words and phrases.

Inappropriate?I also think the labels should be editable. There could be different ways to address different customers in same language.
Just let all the keywords be editable, and let each user create all the different language profiles he/she wants. Then provide a simple interface to apply own words for basic terms given in english, like Estimate -> _______
The languages profiles could be in the settings area, and then add a language selection option populated with users languages in the invoice area.

Yes, we could do it that way, perhaps providing some pre-set translations for common languages.
Whatever we do, there's always a trade-off between ease-of-use and flexibility, but hopfully we'll be able to please nearly everyone.
