PAYE payroll HMRC online filling
With HMRC requiring businesses with less then 50 employees to file their annual returns online in 2010. Will FreeAgent be adding this facility to the payroll function?

You can of course use the HMRC's own online service to file even in advance of FreeAgent having that capability.
Yes, it would be much easier to file direct from FreeAgent and that's certainly where we're heading...
