PayPal upload failing with "It wasn't possible to process that file"
I have downloaded a "Comma Delimited - Balance affecting payments" file and attempted to upload it into my PayPal account on FreeAgent.
I just keep getting "It wasn't possible to process that file".
This always worked in the past.

Inappropriate?I'm getting "The format of that CSV file has not been recognised" when uploading a CSV form Paypal's history panel using the "Comma Delimited - Balance affecting payments" format. Is this the same issue?

Inappropriate?Sounds like it. There is no official fix yet, but I spotted the issue myself after support had picked it up. I had a character encoding issue. I beleive paypal will export the file encoded with a different code page than FreeAgent is especting. Check the file for accented letters. I had an address with the city Zürich in it, you can see the accented u.
To fix I simply changed it to a standard 'u'. Its a work around until FA fix it.
