PayPal upload statement using 'Comma Delimited - Balance Affecting Payments' suddenly not working.

I've opened the CSV, and confirmed that the data in the file is good. But when I upload it, FreeAgent is recognizing new transactions but scattering them throughout previous months instead of processing them in the current timeframe - in this case, the past week.
