Problems editing a payslip - missing NI and PAYE calcs
I have to manually edit a payslip and the deductions calculator does not work out the NI and PAYE for me - why is this?

At the moment, if you manually edit a payslip then FreeAgent will not automatically update the tax and NIC for you, because manually editing payslips means you're bringing in calculations from another system.
We are though aiming to make the payroll system more comprehensive in the future.
So you would need to use another system for now (e.g. HMRC's employer's CD-ROM) to work out the changed figures.
