Recurring payments
Hi all. I am currently using the 30 day trial and like what I've seen so far!
We have many clients we just host websites for, and it would be advantageous for us for Free Agent to flag them up every year and create an invoice for them for the same amount when their hosting invoice needs to be sent out, or is overdue.
Is Free Agent capable of this? I can't find any options for this or any documentation to show me how.

Yes, FreeAgent supports this with its recurring invoices feature. To take advantage of this just create a new invoice and in the Advanced Options specify a recurring period (in your case Annually).
Once you've done this the invoice will appear in the list with a recurring icon:
Recurring invoices recur on the invoice date and you can configure them to be automatically emailed to your client on the invoice date*.
Does this make sense?
We're working to improve the documentation throughout the application as well as introducing video screencasts of features such as this.
* Note: There is currently an issue with automatic emailing of recurring invoices (http://getsatisfaction.com/freeagentc...) but this will be fixed within the next week.
