Same contact email for different organisations?
I deal with a couple of loosely associated Limited companies that share an accounts department. So I want to invoice the companies seperately but want the Contact name and email address for each company to be the same.
However the application won't let me do that, it complains the email address already exists and must be unique when I add the second company with the same email address.
It's easy to work around by typing in the email manually when I send it out but it would be nice not to have to do that.

Ah OK. Client login would be useful for statements I guess. But then i my example I'm going to have to issue two logins to the same person - and they might only have one email address...? -
Inappropriate?Maybe it's just a question of releasing the restriction and then, when you do the client login in the future, that the person can see the information for both contacts...?

Inappropriate?Definitly needs to be looked at, I'm not able to invoice a client because i'ts restricting the same email addresses... i have to fudge it and send to myself then forward the invoice?! Is there a better way for me to do this?

We've agreed here at FreeAgent Towers that we ought to relax this restriction. No point in making life hard for everyone just because we _might_ want to do something in a particular way in the future ;->
This change should go out with our next release, probably tomorrow night...
