Time tracking for 0 hours entries

I have started to use the time tracking feature a lot.
I bill by the hour so normally all is good.
Sometimes a log an hour for a client against a project (which are usually monthly projects that contain all the hours for a specific client for that month) and want to give it to them free of charge, but it does not appear to be able to mark it as 0 hours so there is no cost when I generate the invoice on the back of it. This would be great as I could still log my time for historic capabilities but not then charge on.
I there a way of doing this. Do not want to have to manipluate the invoice with credits to counter-act any time that is FOC.

Inappropriate?On no - bad news. Just finished all my timeslips for the month of August. Looks like although the intial view shows the full comment I copied and pasted - when the screen refreshes it truncates the comment. Which menas that the timesheet report I will send to client does not conatin all the info - which means they won't pay - which means I cannot use FreeAgent. What is the max number of characters for the comment field in a timeslip? Can it be increased?

We'll increase the length of the comments field for you. This should be available in the next release.
Regarding your 0 hour entries, in a future release we'll be introducing the concept of unbillable time and tasks. This will be part of a larger revamp of projects and tasks in general, so it will be a while away yet. -
Inappropriate?keen to do my next timeslip run - but do not wnat to do this till comment feild has been increased. I know you stated this will be increased hopefully in next release - any idea when that might be?
