Inappropriate?Hi Libby
We've been doing some work behind the scenes recently on user access levels so it may be that something slipped through the net. At the present time though, only the Accountant role should be restricted in adding time so unless your role is such you should see the Add Timeslip link.
That said, if you have no active projects then you won't be able to add time either, but you should see a warning about that at the top of the page.
If it's still not working for you, could you drop me an email with your account name to olly at freeagentcentral dot com and I'll take a closer look.

Inappropriate?I'm suddenly having a problem adding timeslips in the Work > Time tracking area. I fill it in but the save button just doesn't seem to work. I can add the timeslip if I go into the Work > Projects area and click "New timeslip" there, but the main Time tracking area just isn't playing ball today.

Inappropriate?Hi Emily
We're not seeing any issues with this ourselves, and nothing has changed. Which browser version are you using? Out of interest, does quitting and restarting your browser make a difference? -
Inappropriate?Firefox 3.0.12. Have just tried 'turning [the browser] off and on again' ;) and it is still not working. It works in Safari fine. I have a billion plugins installed too, so it is probably a conflict with one of those (recently updated). I'll let you know if I identify which one.
Thanks for your speedy response :)

Inappropriate?Hi Emily,
We have seen problems in the past where running Firebug caused a similar problem. If you have that running, try turning it off and reloading the page. That should resolve it.
The actual issue here is that the HTTP request parameters are not being passed in from the form, so FreeAgent can't process the request (it doesn't receive any of the form fields).
