Time tracking of business development, administration, accounting, invoicing, and other non billable activities?
I'd like to use FreeAgent also for time tracking of own:
- business development
- business administration
- accounting
- invoicing
- marketing, pr
- et cetera
It's important for me to have a complete overview of my hours spent, as in the Netherlands one can get tax discount if the number of hours is more than 1225 per year.
How do I track these unbillable activities? Just by creating projects (e.g. corporate activities or something) with a billing rate of zero - so that the tasks/timeslips related to this project are not billable?
Or am I overlooking something?

Inappropriate?Hi Marc
You're not overlooking something, you can't add 'unbillable' timeslips right now. We might address this in the future but in the mean time I think your dummy project approach would be the way to go -
Inappropriate?Thank you!
Would be great if this might be addressed in the future; in the meantime I'll use dummy projects, which -so far- works pretty good for me.
I’m happy.
