Hi, when I click on the login link the username and password boxes drop down, I enter my username and password and click on the login buttin, but get no response (No messages and the browser shows no indication of submitting the details). My browser version is IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519

You're right, there seems to be a problem with logging in from the home page under IE6. We'll look into it straight away.
In the meantime, you can log in by visiting your company's unique URL, which is:
https://[your subdomain].freeagentcentral.co.uk
Please can you try this and confirm everything is ok?
