Upload can't find my credit card account!
When I upload my credit card statements in Microsoft Money format (OFX), it tells me it doesn't recognize the sort code? When I change the account number to the full credit card number so the account numbers match up, it changes it to a bank account and says that account numbers can only be 8 digits.

Inappropriate?I figured it out. Here's the answer in case you have the same problem.
My bank issues account numbers that are different than the credit card number (my bank in this case in Chase, a JP Morgan bank). I had to open up the OFX and look for the account number and use the last 8 digits as that for my credit card account number. Now the numbers don't match, so I just named my credit cards different things so I can still tell them apart.

Inappropriate?OK so I said I smart, but I can't figure out how to mark this as resolved.

Inappropriate?Hi Chris,
Really sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but happily you resolved the issue yourself.
We'll have a chat about trying to handle this bank upload situation a bit more gracefully in the future.
