Will CO-OP's CSV files work as well as Natwest's OFX files??

Im currently banking with Natwest and using their OFX format, however, im looking into taking advantage of CO-OP's free business banking. The problem is, they only provide statement downloads as CSV. Now im used to using OFX and everything is running smoothly, do you think I will have any issues / problems using CO-OP and their CSV files?
