Will it be possible to view active tasks in future
I can see that I can view projects. Within each projects we have tasks and it would be really good to have the options to;
A) View tasks
b) Allocate an employee to a task (Additional report to view tasks by employee)
c) Set a req by date
Otherwise it looks like to have to view projects and then keep clicking on them one at a time to see what tasks exist, event then, its impossible to know what task belongs to what person (there are two of us that can do same work in our case) and when it has to be completed by

Firstly apologies for not replying sooner, we somehow missed this unanswered question.
There are definitely improvements to be made with out Task handling. When you say you'd like to view tasks, do you mean you'd like to be able to view all the tasks in the system, by Project (and User, if we add such a facility)? And by Req By do you mean a due date? -

As I understand it currently, I have to view projects before I can see tasks.
What we need is for employees to see what tasks they have (Filtered by open, all, employee) Then shown in due date order. Irrespective of projects, although that should ideally be listed. Maybe tasks sorted in due date order within projects maybe. (Although seeing open tasks by employee and due date is the important bit)
So if you worked for me, you can login and see what tasks you need to complete. So nothing gets missed and you know what tasks needed to be completed by what dates.
Having to first go into each project to see what tasks there are open will result in extra work and tasks being missed.
Yes, Due date is required date (The latets date the task must be finished)
