Hi,

I have been uploading statements from HSBC successfully for a while now, but today i get an error...

"It wasn't possible to process that file. Have you checked our list of supported formats in our Knowledge Base?"

Has something changed that would cause this? I've looked at the qif file and can' really see any difference from older ones that have uploaded.
